I really liked the costing part. Since I have a startup, I have to keep the cost low. This is a perfect offer. I checked other similar meeting tools and found this much more simpler and uncomplicated. The other users who are not used to this tool could also quick start using it. Some of the key features that standout are: - Price part - Easy to setup meetings - Easy for other users to join the calls. - The recording is very clear - Really liked the feature of recording getting stored in the cloud
Connecting the call through phones is a bit costly. Mostly for connecting from India.Probably should think of bring the cost down. This is an important requirement Feature suggestion - additional: - In some cases other than the admin others may also have to mute some attendees. That feature is not there - We should also allow all to record the sessions - From mobile one should be able to connect without downloading the app
Problems solved: Meeting with customers, connecting with team members Benefits: Easy connecting, Does not ping the pocket, can easily set up calls, very intutive to use
Zoho Meeting provides an intuitive user interface that makes it simple for users to organize, join, and host meetings. There are numerous integrations: It works with other Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects as well as widely-liked independent applications like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Slack. Options for customization: Users can add branding components to their meeting rooms and personalize their registration forms. Secure and dependable: Zoho Meeting uses secure servers and encryption to protect meeting confidentiality and privacy. Additionally, the platform guarantees 99.9% uptime. Recording and replay: Users have the option to record meetings and save them in the cloud, where they may later be viewed and played back at any time. tools that encourage collaborative work and increase conference engagement include screen sharing, whiteboarding, remote control, and polling. These interactive tools are available in the Zoho conference.
Limited customization choices: Users who want to customise their meetings may find it difficult with Zoho Meeting's limited modification options. Issues with audio quality have been observed by some users, such as static or dropped calls, which can make meetings less enjoyable. Absence of breakout rooms: Users that require small group discussions or team cooperation may find that Zoho Meeting's lack of this functionality is a deal breaker.
A few of the issues that Zoho Meeting addresses are: Distance: Zoho Meeting allows individuals interact and collaborate with each other in real-time regardless of their physical location, hence bridging the distance barrier. This is especially advantageous for organisations and teams whose members are dispersed across many places. Time zone differences: Zoho Meeting makes it simple for individuals to talk and work together while they are in different time zones. This is particularly helpful for companies with a global presence. Cost: By removing the need for pricey travel and lodging fees, Zoho Meeting offers a cost-effective alternative for remote collaboration and communication. Security: Zoho Meeting offers secure video conferencing and screen sharing, preventing the compromise of confidential information while communicating.
I like best that Zoho Meeting offer free trial for 14 days for new customers even without providing credit card details. So new users or those interested can get onboard without worrying about getting accidental charges in the future. It is a big help to get to use and be familiar with the interface even without paying yet. I like that the subscription fee has different tiers depending on usage and users, so for small companies or businesses there is no worry about signing up for costly subscription since it can be tailored fit to the size of use. I like best that I can get online and join any meeting anytime and anywhere. Yes, absolutely anytime and anywhere, whether am inside the office, in a coffee shop, on the road. I can easily join the meeting using laptop or desktop without downloading heavy application, because it is available thru browsers. But I have personally downloaded the mobile application coz it is easier to use and more convenient. Yes, even if I am on the road and my boss or colleagues want me to join the meeting which we almost always have every Monday and Thursday, I can jump in fast. Also the recording functionality is a big bonus for our work. It is a great help especially for us in the Customer Service Department. Many times, we have to review docs, files and even videos and at times, we dont get to catch everything at once in the meeting so the recording which we can review is a big plus. And we also use it as a reference as we move along. And it is autosaved on the cloud, so space saver but guarantee to be available when needed.
For now, there is nothing that I dislike about Zoho Meeting. Except that our boss and department head is saying hopefully the subs fee can still be lessened especially during this pandemic. But again, it is not that I or we dislike but something hopefully can be addressed.
From the name itself, Zoho Meeting is an online meeting platform. In todays situation with the pandemic, a lot of offices are limiting the presence of workers in the physical office, and almost half are working from home if possible. Sometimes, effectiveness of the work is at risk in this kind of set up. But Zoho Meeting helps us a lot to continue working together. Yes, in fact almost everyday we do the online meeting even if we don't really have a meeting but more of having a virtual face to face view of each other as we work together remotely at times, it helps us boost our work attitude and endurance and the drive to continue working. When we see each other even if most of us are working from home, it feels like are just right beside each other and it helps get rid of the lax attitude when working at home. So work collaboration is the main benefit of Zoho Meeting.
The first thing that attracts me to this service is the price structure. The second thing is the amount of features you get for the price. Zoho Meeting comes with all the bells and whistles that any business would require. Its tiered pricing structure, based on the level of participants, makes it ideal for small or new companies to start using this service immediately. It seamlessly integrates well with other Zoho solutions, such as Zoho Mail, which makes it a doddle to schedule meetings. The sound quality is high, providing you with good connectivity. The video streams are sharp and crisp, depending on your connectivity. Overall, ease of use is straightforward, with training always available and documentation that helps walk you through all those features if you require. Customer support is amazing to the point that when you leave feedback after use, they actually read it and respond quickly. It's easy to implement and you'll find yourself using it regularly due to this.
The thing I dislike about Zoho Meeting is the audio in meetings can sometimes become degraded. When I informed Zoho of this, it was looked into immediately, and some adjustments were made, which seemed to have remedied the problem. Another annoyance is the quality of the background feature. If not in a good spot, it will make you disappear in part to reveal any activity that may be happening in the background.
It allows me to communicate with my team and my clients more efficiently. It is affordable for new and small companies.
Almost all the features required for running a successful webinar and meetings are available. The cost is moderate, but it has no impact on excellent quality. All our programs went on without a single hitch.
We didn't find any specific downside. Available features worked very well.
We are a bootstrapped small company running live training and mentoring programs. For use, good quality conferencing tool that gives required control, yet is cost-effective was a must. Other tools either were costly, or lacked the features that we needed.
What I like is that it has most of the key features required for a good meeting / webinar at a price that is much lower than the competitors. The conserve bandwidth option is one another great feature especially when there is disruption in bandwidth.
I wish they have colloborative white board feature. As a trainer I often want my trainees to solve tricky equations during the session. A colloborative white board would have been really useful.
I used to use MS Team for conducting my online sessions as there was no incremental cost for me. However, it was not very easy to use some of its features with participants who were not part of my organisation. Zoho solves that problem for me at a very affordable price.
Gave Zoho Meeting a test run. What it may lack a bit in customization it makes up for in startup time and intuitiveness. Using it is clear and easy. I scheduled a webinar, created a registration, sent invites, and set automatic reminders in just a few minutes. It's an excellent meeting app as well and an ideal alternative to Zoom at similar pricing and you can choose only meetings, webinars, or both. They seemed to have focused on just what you need and made it easy to operate it without having to waste time sifting through a bunch of customized settings you likely won't need or use. Integrates with the other Zoho tools easily too which is handy.
I feel the pricing is still on the steeper side for a webinar alternative. And you'll be redirecting users to your own purchase/payment sites if you want to sell your webinars or automate follow-up sale/subscription info, so you'll need to anticipate paying for that service separately too. Currently no direct integrations are available for this, but they do allow you to redirect to other urls or use your own HTML as part of registration and conclusion so it's easy to overcome this issue.
An alternative to Zoom or GoTo that allowed me to easily present outwardly, meet internally, or any combination between without excessive expense or setup time.
Regardless if you are using one application from Zoho, or you are using Zoho One; in our professional opinion these applications just simply work! And the best thing about Zoho, is the pricing! There is no hidden "Free" price points like you get with other software of the same caliber. For example, we were testing out Zoho vs Hubspot schedule and appointment applications, and Hubspot will only allow you one free link; whereas Zoho offers more. And its not just this.. the pricing overall is superb! Zoho offers more applications for a fraction of what others of the same caliber do. We love Zoho! What other software allows full collaboration software, teleconferencing, and remote help desk, plus more for under $100 a month and not per user?
The feel is a little outdated, we will say that; however, it is still very manageable. How-to manuals would be a great addition as well.
Zoho integrates very nicely with our team and our clients other applications, especially Google Workforce.
