Once you create your resume,(which is snap with their site assistance) applying for the position you filter is a breeze! I have had great success with this site as have numerous friends who I recommended. Thank you LinkedIn for my career.

The overwhelming amount of jobs that are telemarking or pyramid schemes. I think you should be much more selective of what and who can post opening on your site

Nothing really they pinpoint jobs to your qualifications and they don’t inundate you with excessive job listing you don’t need.

I would prefer just to receive job notifications via email, not sms and email.

Sometimes the matching job recommendations are not appropriate. As someone who stated he is looking for "Sales Manager" positions, I should not be getting positions like "Bus Driver" as Recommended.

I would like to see ZipRecruiter require companies to include contact info. In a growth economy, the normal HR dept. is equipped to handle the volume of resumes that cross their desks. Give seeks a means of getting to a live person.

Zip Recruiter effectively brings me the type of jobs that I am currently seeking, I also enjoy the fact that they have the one click apply option.

ZipRecruiter is a very accesible and easy job search engine, it gives people a array of choices (filters) to do their search.

What I don't like is that sometimes it keeps sending notifications on the type of job I'm not interested. There are job postings in another search engingiíes that are not shown at Ziprecruiter.
