Platform contains all the necessary bells and whistles to set up a webinar.
Navigation is not very intuitive nor clear in some instances. I had to jump through a couple of hoops to get to what I thought was the destination but was not. A couple of trials and errors. The broadbasting options (low definition, standard definition, high definition) is at times not very useful - example - my internet connection can broadcast at a higher speed, and therefore "HD is recommended", the recipient may not be able to view HD quality due to their internet connection. So, this had created some unviewable sessions.
Some platforms have a web platform although a "local installation is recommended" to use all the possibilities the platform has to offer. Webinar is, as far as I know, a web only platform therefor it doesn't have that problem and offering all the possibilities via the web.
It is very useful you can check who subscribed to your webinar and who actually watched, and for how long.
I haven't discovered any downsides of the program yet.
Before I used another webinar program. People didn't like that other people could see they were also watching. Now it's kind of anonymous. I still can check which people attended to my webinar and aim my marketing directly at them.
We are an association that organises monthly lectures in Italian culture, history and life style. Webinargeek is great software to reach our members now that traditional lectures are limited. The software is easy to use and the support is excellent: to-the-point, fast and very helpful. For commercial organisations, we can imagine, this is great software.
We organise only 1 lecture per month. Subscription costs are fairly high for a 'poor' association even though we got a 25% discount.
we did not really have problems. Things worked out well when sufficient time is invested to go through the step-by-step setup.
It’s an easy tool to use. I figured everything out within one hour.
The short tryout period, but the membership is worth it.
It’s a good tool to use for webinars.
Easy to use Customer friendly Lot of options
Like to have more co-presentators to invite
normally we have our meetings in our office, now we can share information digitally (covid-19 time)
Nederlandse organisatie Makkelijk met support
Het is beperkt in personalisatie Bijvoorbeeld de registratie mogelijkheden
Ik geef online gratis trainingen om vervolgens een cursus te verkopen
Overichtelijk Laagdrempelig Prijs/kwaliteit Vooraf opgezette registratiepagina

We hebben een succesvolle webinar georganiseerd voor een klant
Happy with the feature to copy previous webinars and emails, set up is very quick this way. Great and quick support. Embed is a great function to integrate your webinar opt-in on your own website.
Would be cool to also have the option to see the openingrates of the emails.
Attracting leads and clients for our business.
WebinarGeek is very easy to useand trustworthy
I have not much that I dislike. Sometimes a viewer is displayed as not active, but is participating in the webinar. This may hamper a bit with the statistics.
Reaching a worldwide audience
Option to have and embed your channel Scheduled webinars
Can't add filters or other customizations to your channel
hosting interactive webinars
It's a very stable tool. Never got kicked out, even when my WiFi was a bit glitchy. I like that my participants can be completely anonymous, that makes it more accessible for them to attend. And the best part for myself is that I can present completely distraction free. Great set-up.
Integrations aren't the best with Kajabi (via Zapier). It's a bit limited in data and what I can do with it. Also when your not a very frequent user, the price point is quite steep. It wanted to switch to montly payment, so I can pause every now and then, but that's so much more expensive, that you don't really win anything there.
Collecting data on who subscribed, who watched and for how long. I would love to be able to import that into my CRM-tools, so I can keep track of the more active potential clients.
Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
Easy in use and very intuitive. We also like all the new features we didn't have before.
Sometime you have to do a lot of searching to find 1 specific thing. A lot of clicking because there are so many features.
Private chat is very helpful as we have a lot of moderators. Automatic e-mails and the in tool reporting is also very handy.
Webinar Geek is a great and easy tool for webinars, it's user friendly and they have adequate customer service. It's easy to set up a webinar because WebinarGeek provides you with an easy setup guide
nothing so far, just gave my first webinar and it went well!
connecting with a bigger crowd of people at once
- lots of features for live webinars - hit all the basic needs you'd have for running webinars, espeically if you're new to them
- next to no capabilities to accommodate webinars on demand, which unfortunately is what we were looking for
Our problem was that we needed a tool a little more sophisticated than Zoom to record on-demand webinars. While WebinarGeek had all the features for webinars, they weren't the best solution for on-demand.
powerful interactions and marketing tools. The most reliable and secure webinar platform for webinars, webinar software designed to help businesses stream presentations, record live webinars, share prerecorded videos, and manage on-demand webinars.
There is a small delay in what I see as host and what the viewers see. video quality was really good, but the conversion was not good. The quality when using multiple presenters. If you have more presenters on different location the quality of the webinar will go down a lot.
Its really easy to use and easy to set up, have a lot of features. Customer support is also easy to reach and quick in their response.
I guess you can find arguments pro browser-based webinars, since it is easy to start and watch as a user but I believe you need to have certain features, which this tool definitely did not offer (compared to traditionale software).
Camera can't be mirrored nor be turnt off during the live webinar. As a host you cannot mute other participants. I got kicked out of the meeting - while presenting - several times, although my internet connection was solid. The whole menu / toolbar is difficult to navigate during the webinar. You do not have an overview of co-hosts/presentors, but only the attendees. The # attendees is shown also to external co-presenters.
Conducting the webinar was super difficult and basically did not work so I would not say that we actually solved a problem, but created one. Benefits: Being in the browser, I assume there will be higher sign-up to attendees rates, since people do not need to download anything.
