Customer service has responded quickly every time I've had an issue or question. They've not only walked me through, or found, solutions, but they've even revised the software's underlying code to accommodate my (and most certainly others') needs. I've used a lot of platforms in my life, and few, if any, have provided the same level of personal and professional service. Softr consistently goes above and beyond.

There really are no downsides. They continue to surprise me with how much they care about their platform and work to improve it.

Softr allows me to rapidly develop applications and do it independently without employing several developers.

They are solving pain points of users like us, who wants to leverage technology to build products but doesn't have time or skills to pursue them. They provide all the required integrations and features to build a solid, interactive and responsive web-app.

Softr is an outstanding platform that allows for easy and quick development of apps that can be launched quickly, allowing you to save on development costs and time to market. Honestly, it's the best thing since sliced bread - ahem - app builders!

The only things is I would love if the UX/UI of the elements were more flexible like drag and drop. The premade elements are clunky and inflexible, but I'm hoping they will create more flexible abilities in the future.

It allows for a high level of customizability, the design looks great, the support team is very responsive, and the pricing is reasonable. It's also very easy to use.

It works mainly with AirTable as the backend. So if you're an AirTable user, it is the best choice to create an interface with your users, but it doesn't work with other databases. I believe they are working on additional integrations at the moment.

Helps the connection between a database and functionality

Their page builder and Airtable integration make it super simple to build basic web apps fast. I find it simpler to use than Bubble.io. Their support team is one of the best I've ever seen.

It is not mainly meant for complex softwares. The pricing/ checkout page is such that you need to be sure of what is selected. The default is the annual plan and thus can be more expensive than anticipated.

I like how responsive Softr's support team is, as well as the premade templates that make impressive tools rapidly customizable and easy to build quickly.

I would like more block options, but I understand that building a product takes time and you are rolling out new blocks as quick as possible. Would really like a video background block!

Softr is helping me to create both internal and external tools. We use airtable a ton, but airtable is expensive to have hundreds of users and not user friendly. Softr helps me make a platform where my coworkers can't accidentally break our airtable!

The drop off in functionality is quite immediate. Once you reached that, there is not much you can do, apart from coding your custom code.

I would have been unable to reach such results with an army of coders. Here I can iterate the service and improve it fast. More than costs, you save time and agility. That is super precious. It also allows you to have tech tools in the hands of health practionioners, marketiers and sales people and not have to rely too much on those teams to wait for engineers to iterate. Multi app and website development at speed. Costs savings. Very rapid iteration. Seamless interface with Airtable. Ease of navigation for users.

I like that it is simple to use once you get started. I found it easier to learn and less clunky than other no-code tools like bubble and Adala. I built a working prototype in less than ten days for a soft launch which was incredible. The best part is that you don't need prior software dev experience. I was familiar with Airtable so that integration was vital for my use case, and now the possibilities are endless.

I want to link multiple Airtable bases within a single element on Softr and pull data from multiple Airtable bases using the form tool specifically. Those are some limitations encountered, but I understand that Softr is still young and continuously improving its value proposition.

I have to build an MVP for my startup, and building native or low-code apps is expensive, time-consuming and laborious, especially if we have to scratch them and start over post customer feedback. So Softr has helped us save months of development and thousands of dollars. Now I can show quick product iterations to our team, customers, investors and future developers. I am also really excited about the custom code feature because it will allow us to scale this product in the long term.

Ease of integration of APIs, blocks that can be easily populated.

There are very frustrating limitations, for example you cannot overwrite computed fields on Airtable, as well as the fact I tried to create a user management system for a client once, and unfortunately it'd not actually work.

They have fantastic support that helps you if you are not a developer, although it is straightforward to use. One can easly creat a website just by selecting several blocks.

Softr is a new company compared to other industry players, so the templates they have on the website are not too many. You can choose a few designs only. It is nice to have a broader selection.

It helps to quickly create a website without almost any investment into back-end technology. Making it very straightforward to build up even a complex marketplace too.

You can test a concept and deploy something online in record time without breaking the bank or rely on developers. Having a way to show your airtable data in a visually pleasing way is a great way to share complex data with others. Love the UI and the support team is super friendly and quick.

I'm looking for more ways to have interactions, such as selecting list items and making an action out of them. For example if I wanted to apply for certain job listings. It would be nice, to select multiple jobs and have a button that says "apply for all {x} jobs)".

Manly sharing data in a way that looks good and is safe. I don't have to spend hours on design. The ready-made component blocks enable me to build something quickly.

Softr isn't soft. With softr, you can actually build some hard-core applications if you know what you do. Their support is also the best, they actually know how to help you and provide solutions usually within the same day. It's my first experience with no-code/low-code environment and I am blown by what you can build with Softr.

I feel that their platform is not very SEO friendly and also at this moment there is no way to embed notion into the website. Their website mentioned that notion development is in progress though which is good news.

Softr offers a very easy way to spin up a website with both static and dynamic content. It offers numerous templates to create great looking pages quickly and easily. I built a 25 page website over the course of a few days and it was the easiest site I've ever created. It also offers a few integrations that are very simple to implement.

Sofytr's dynamic connection is powerful, I'm sure, but I've had trouble making it work as well as I would like. I also use Stacker as an internal tool and believe this is an area where Softr can improve. Softr's dynamic blocks are limiting and establishing the logic has been harder for me than I would like. However, to be fair, I've not spent enough time to truly understand how to best utilize the logic. I believe when I do, I will discover that the dynamic capabilities are as amazing as the static ones.

Softr provides a no-code way to create MVP products and websites. I am currently using Softr as my website CMS, but also intend to use the dynamic capabilities to allow user login and data access. I also hope to use Softr to facilitate marketing programs, payments and more. I can't wait to get to those advanced features.
