It's a bit overwhelming for beginners like myself when it comes to navigating the SPanel. I wish they'd make video tutorials on SPanel and launching a WordPress website for people who are not familiar with self-hosted platforms. It doesn't necessarily mean that SPanel is not better in comparison to CPanel.
I was previously using Shopify and I had very less control over things in general. It wasn't affordable to buy extensions/apps for each additional task related to eCommerce. If I need more resources for the summer season or for a seasonal sale, increasing the server's resources is a breeze. Setting up different accounts for my clients is easy, and offering them email services if they don't want to go with a big email company is well supported by the team. Additionally, the option to use open Litespeed technology on the server at no extra cost is an amazing advantage for me. I love them! 💚
They still haven't implemented a method to create backups that are uploaded to Google Drive, and also the development of their Spanel seems to have slowed down a bit since the time I started working with them. Also, some customer service agents insist a little too much on leaving a review on another reviews platform mentioning their name.

After trying out seven different VPS hosting options for my dynamic Wordpress site, I quickly found their servers to be the highest performing, particularly at their New York data center. My site loaded significantly faster than all the other hosts I tried. Their premium VPS specs do not cost a fortune either. In fact, the pricing was even more affordable if you choose their SPanel option for the server's control panel. In addition, every time I needed support, it' been very quick to respond with very helpful answers. All of my issues were resolved almost immediately. My experience with SalaHosting services has been a joy.
Their Dallas data center VPS was not nearly as snappy as one on their New York data center. After asking about the difference, their support confirmed they use faster processor servers at their New York data center for the same price but it's not indicated on their site.

While the cost has increased once over the last years I have been with them the cost is still better than most others. The support is always there and does an incredible job. The servers are fast and easy to work with and the sPanel saves a lot since it replaces cPanel and the huge cost of it
I'm having a difficult time thinking of anything that I dislike about Scalahosting, I guess the only thing that would make it better is if the prices were lower but that is the case with everywhere.
I moved to Scalahosting a long while back because the previous hosting company would not even talk to me about Cloudflare, which I use for multiple reasons. Scalahosting supports Cloudflare integration. They also provide their special sPanel that works just as well, if not better than cPanel, without the cost.

1. Most of the problem - IP addresses of my home providers sometimes go to the SPAM list. And Scala hosting blocked sending emails. But after a request to support it was fixed.

once i face wordpress internal server error. i changed many hosting. finally i planned to move site on scala. they guys solve issue with in 10 -15 mins.

You can get the best monthly price only when you pay annually or something like that.
