We like that now we have a complete overview of all our job offers and candidates
Nothing really, although I would like it if a jobslot would be available right after closing date of the job offer
Recruitee helps us not losing candidates in the process
It's very easy to use, it integrates with a LOT of other cloud/saas-based solutions and has great automation features.
Some integrations don't always work fine and error out.
Applicant tracking and follow ups. Having a system in place to guide the entire applicant tracking process. Because of Recruitee we can do more with less.
I love how easy Recruitee is to use. It makes planning, organizing, collaborating on, and evaluating our hiring processes a breeze. I particularly like that you can send emails from the platform or your regular email client, and these are all synced up. It's very intuitive. I also like that Recruitee is very reliable - I can always trust that an email has been sent to a candidate successfully, and if there has been an issue, the platform displays this clearly. This means you can be confident that invites, rejections, etc. have reached candidates, which gives me much-needed peace of mind. Recruitee has also made our careers site look great and easy-to-use without the effort of having to create one ourselves.
Formatting job ads can be a pain, especially when copy-pasting text in. This can result in weird spacing and font sizes, which takes a while to put right. Placing and resizing images could also be easier / less error prone - it's easy to drag a picture to the wrong place accidentally, which results in the browser opening it in the same tab, which loses any progress you've made on the job ad. Also, sometimes the automatic parsing on the CV behaves a little bit strange, leading to inaccurate assumptions about the candidate. This happens mostly in connection with language skill, which for example, sometimes marks a C2 speaker as a native speaker, which isn't necessarily the case. The 'applicant source' field doesn't always work either - we have included a 'where did you find out about this job' question to the application process to help with this. This can be annoying when running reports on which external job posting has been the most successful.
Recruitee solves the problem of keeping the entire team updated on candidates and the process. It's easy for everyone to get an overview quickly and get notified for stuff they need to know. Recruitee solves the problem of keeping the entire team updated on candidates and the process. Before Recruitee, I'd been using Google sheets to track applicants, which gets messy very quickly and makes consistent collaboation difficult.
I love that everything is centralized. I don't have to use multiple tabs to get information. I can view the resume and schedule the interview from the same screen--makes life so much easier.
At this time, there isn't much that I dislike about Recruitee. I switched over to the platform just to find what I dislike, and I didn't find anything.
Organziation! Recruitee allows me to not have to sift through emails to find resumes that I didn't place in folder. If I missed documenting information, I can type the candidate's name in search bar, and I have everything that I am looking for.
I love the transparency of Recruitee, seeing which candidates are in which stages and the number of candidates disqualified has been helpful for our hiring team to quantify our work. Often, you see an ATS with a beautiful candidate-facing system, but the back end is a nightmare. My managers have loved their experience with Recruitee.
The only thing I wish was more flexible is scaling up and down your job slots. We are on an annual plan, and we wanted to scale up a few job slots for our busy season, but you can only do that month-to-month. We had to upgrade to 15 job slots for the remainder of our contract. Understandable but frustrating if only needed for a short time.
No longer are we looking at our job postings thinking, "Why aren't we getting enough candidates?" because we now can pull reports to see the job performance, conversion rates, and more. The reporting insights are one of the most significant benefits. Secondly, posting to so many free job boards with a click of a button.
Recruitee is aocst efficient, user-friendly. E-mail integrates with Outlook. I love the career page and the job posting options. Also, can run sponsored campaigns with major vendors. This software also integrates with social media and many productivity tools.
I would like to see a text messaging option and a click to option.
Recruitee has been a significant time saver and effective tool for our business. I have used a dozen ATS platforms over the past decade. I replaced our legacy ATS of the past 5 years with this platform. Best decision I've made in a long time.
The system is user-friendly and offers a lot of different tools. Candidate management has never been this easy and candidate-friendly at the same time.
Overall we are enthusiastic. If we have to name one thing we like slightly less, it would be the more limited career site that comes with the program. We haven't found a way to connect the vacancies to our career page directly, but only to the Recruitee page that is linked to our website.
Candidate management. Every colleague can, at any moment, see what is going on with a specific candidate. It is also effortless to communicate with candidates and keep them in the loop every step of the way.
We like the way Jobs and Talent Pools work together, the Email features like templates and auto responses, screening and scorecards. One main feature for us is the ability to send bulk emails to our candidates.
There is nothing to point out as a disliking item.
Qualifying candidates has become easyer and well structured. Communication and automation features have also solved a lot of pains dealing with candidates.
Of the tool itself: The trello-like board view with the candidates. But what made me decide to choose recruitee instead of other tools is the vast amount of help documents: so most of the things I run into I can look up and handle immediately. Other tools might require training but recruitee doesn't. Now that I use recruitee I am very happy with the patience of their support staff, despite the help documents I still had a lot of questions!
I use the launch version because I do not a large number of vacancies simultaniously and occasionaly I run into things that are only available in the more expensive versions of the tool. In some cases the help files are not clear about which functionality is in which version, that is confusing. The scale plan comes with 10 job slots, that is too much for me, but I might pay for the scale functionality if it was available separately. The other thing I don't like is that when jobs are promoted to job portals a candidate reads only the job post, not the general company info because that is in recruitee visible on another page on the website. So I put a bit of general company info in the job post itself, that helps.
As a HR director, I now have a complete overview of the status of all the vacancies, even though they are not all managed by me. I do not have to ask the managers for an update anymore. Also, GDPR is easy now. And we can send messages to a large number of candidates with a couple of clicks, which saves us a lot of time. Also it is easier to measure the effectiveness of the different sourcing channels. Even though I didn't use UTM codes in all URL's recruitee still registers the source for me in some cases, which surprises me. The managers using recruitee were really happy and had no issues when they started using recruitee, due to the small 'academy' when they first logged in there was no training required.
Custom epic workflows and integration with other tooling
Not much, UX could albert slightly improved
Centralizing everything regarding recruiting process
easy to use, great user interface, easy to learn. really helped to get our recruiting running. After seeing plenty of different AST over the last 11 Years this is by far the one with the highest emphasize to user centricity. Makes it super easy to work in in a really collaborative way. Other departments can use it with out any trainings an so on. > Really high acceptance quote within the company!
The integrated scheduling device could be more adaptive to different use cases.
We are recruiting in a really competetive market (fullstack web dev) - therefore our recruiting velocity has to be really high. The interaction with the hirring managers has to be really easy otherwise they wont react fast enough. Since Recruitee is as easy to use as google or gmail our internal speed is quiet good. it is really transparent and therefore recruitee helps us to create a great candidate experience. Due to the quiet easy to use tagging option for candidates it makes it really usefull to work with candidate pools. just tag them and re arrange and set them reminders. Really usual. With the current update the report section really improved! A lot of usefull reports and highly adaptable. From the manager point of view it acctually decreased my time spent with reports. acctually came to a point where i was able to shut down 80% of the excel sheets i used bevore manually. Saved me quiet a lot of time. Love it.
Automatic invitations for candidates to schedule an interview for themselves
It is challenging to ensure that all job postings in our organization follow a high standard for how the candidates are to be processed. Pipeline templates don't quite cut it.
We are reducing overhead through automation and have the ability to measure the performance of our recruitment pipeline.
It is hard just to name a few: - the tool is the most efficient ATS I have worked with so far - it makes communication with the business AND candidates very easy - it is incredibly intuitive - It has all the options in an ATS I needed - it makes team collaboration very easy - the talent pools are beneficial - it is very easy to search for candidates - customr service: they are very helpful, friendly and quick to reply
I think there are a few improvements possible, but the fact they have a 'roadmap' in which you can suggest ideas and do something with it gives me confidence these minor 'issues' will be resolved in the future. But, to name a few things we would like to see in the tool: - the option to add subdivisions - the option to have more filters on vacancy level - adding multiple locations (but I saw they are already planning on changing that)
Benefits: - we've won time with this tool. We have to spend less time mailing and calling the hiring managers because they have access to the tool - reporting is real-time, so I don't have to update excell - the collaboration between hiring managers and our recruitment team is better than ever, they feel more informed and involved Problems: - we had some technical issues setting up SSO for a second recruitee account, but the customer service was very helpful - we had to spend some time on figuring out how to get one business unit in the tool because this business unit has several locations and managers. We have a solution, but the ability to ad sub-divisions would make it easier for us
Recruitee is really easy to use and you can manage your candidate easily.
To be honest I have not seen any negative things there
We are improving our HR department process and manage our talent pools for head hunting
The user interface is very straightforward and informative. The ability to manage multiple listings and multiple recruitment sites for posts is a time saver. The centralized messaging system is a big plus for our company when using because it allows us to provide usernames and passwords for individuals who are recruiting in multiple areas to centrally locate and stay on the same page. The administration is very simple as well in the user-friendly GUI. The final piece I would add is that the customer support team was extremely fast and responsive in helping us with any issue including a billing issue on our end. They followed up when they said they would and they did exactly what they said they would do. Ultimately, this was one of the best programs that we vetted prior to moving forward with any type of ATS and there is a clear difference in administration, ease of usability for people that are well versed in systems such as Recruitee and those that are not, and ease of communication around what is being done on a daily basis for recruiting efforts within our medium-sized organization.
There was not anything specific that I disliked. The platform is very user-friendly and the support staff was quick and helpful. If there was a recommendation that could be made, it would be to allow for more customization and coding using webhooks and APIs to get better data from the systems in when the jobs are posted on spend and where the platform is finding success in candidates of the proper skills. This part would be extremely helpful in knowing where our time is best spent for certain positions as opposed to the positions within the company. This type of information would let us move forward with allocating the budget to the proper platform for the proper position type allowing our company to make sure that the allocation of the budget was effective for the type of candidate that we are seeking. Well done overall by the Recruitee team for making a great platform.
We found a centralized place for postings, candidates, and communications. The benefit of using the platform for us was an easy way for multiple users on our team to post simultaneously, answer questions from candidates in a single place, and ultimately provide better insight into recruitment efforts. The benefit we have realized is the synergy of our department managers in tracking and posting positions that can be easily monitored by all individuals. There is no question as to what jobs are posted, where we stand with the candidates in the positions, and what the next steps are for each candidate being evaluated. Communication around where we are as a team with recruitment was always a problem as there was no centralized way to track multiple candidates across multiple platforms natively with effectiveness. Recruitee resolved this for us immediately.
The whole system is very straightforward. It is easy to organize candidates, schedule interviews, and have your information posted to multiple hiring sites. Along with this, the recruiting website software is simplistic in use and design. You genuinely feel like you have complete control over hiring candidates and creating a hiring platform.
The only thing I can think of is the fact that they don't have a dark mode for the website. Integrating this system would be helpful for the recruiters that frequent the site and make it easier on the eyes. Other than this, it would be difficult to say that I have any issues with Recruitee. The only other issue I can think of relates to our company having trouble finding candidates, but this has nothing to do with Recruitee. It is solely because our jobs are challenging to find candidates with relative experience.
I think Recruitee is almost doing everything for us besides the interview. The website allows candidates to find us, easily apply, and even organizes these individuals into different pipelines. With Recruitee, all your hiring managers have simple access to all potential candidates, can make notes to share with co-workers, and have the candidates' information displayed to contact them. We are also simply filling our hiring needs with Recruitee. We have people applying daily, and Recruitee allows us to create profiles and learn about our potential candidates individually.
Recruitee makes it easy for recruiters. This is the ATS that I have found the most simple and following lean and agile principles make it the most user-friendly and direct tool that there can be in the recruitment world. It has templates and schedules links to share with candidates (that also integrate with the calendar), allowing a smooth interview scheduling process within the same tool. My biggest highlight is having a kanban board as well as real-time reporting. Integrations are great, you can post on your website using recruitee, also integrate it with email and slack for reminders, and finally (my favorite) with sourcing platforms like glassdoor, indeed, and others which make openings distribution easier.
I can recommend the team to work in tracking and giving reporting insights from a big picture standpoint. It will be super cool if we could manage openings the way we manage candidates. This way we can keep and track our workload, open vs closed positions, and other metrics. I think the job posting interface is good but sometimes the format gets a bit messed up when doing it, same with templates. so their editing blocks can have some work done as well.
Recruitee is our main ATS here at BAM. It allows us to: - Post on our careers page easily. - Create application forms for candidates. - Add video applications - Evaluations that make scoring easy. - Scheduling interviews - Creating recruitment workflows. - Adding notes to candidates - Build reports.
Communication between colleagues through metions and comments
Screen can freeze sometimes when typing an evaluation
Overview of contact points and interview planning.
I never have to train hiring managers, its super intuitive, which is needed when you are working in a small company or startup and dont have that time to train Its career site function is all you need whilst you are less than 200 employees Their support is quick and friendly
Nothing it really is a great platform - no changes!
Nothing it really is a great platform. No changes!
The user interface is superb. It's easy to use for everyone in your organisation. The screens are clear and all the information you need is where you want/need it. Email and calender integration works flawless, as well as setting up templates and workflows. And what makes Recruitee perfect: You don't need to use all the features for a great user experience. When you have a small company just use what you need. If your company is bigger it's easy to put more complex analytics and workflows into place. And you have a few really nice tools for making work easier, like the browser plugin for adding good profiles to your Recruitee. Have any questions or troubles? Just contact support. The support from Recruitee is great. Friendly and always there to help, especially Amin.
- The careersite design options are limited, but they're taking care of this as we speak. So my main issue will be solved in a few months. - When Recruitee changed their subscriptions, we we're cutt of from some features we were allready used to (and our clients as well). Especially custom URL, custom user roles and sending emails with a delay. Not very customerfriendly... - The only way of payment is by creditcard... That sucks!
Working Recruitee provides structure and overview in my recruitment. Working in Recruitee is fun when compared to other ATS.
