Amanda was so awesome to work with. She was patient with me as we worked through the issues.
I'm having issues with my field employees being able to switch jobs. Still working through to see if it is a connectivity issue or a TSheets issue.
This was our first payroll so there were all sorts of things that had to be mapped to transfer correctly. We have a little bit of a complex system and Amanda was so good to work through all our issues and get us figured out. I cannot express how grateful I am for her help!

Nothing that I dislike but always room for improvement. We played phone tag a couple of times and every time I called back in who ever I spoke with was confused why I was calling in/asking for a certain person. Maybe it can be in the system. Put notes in under that persons account so they can check the previous notes.
It is allowing us to track each service item we do per job and job cost.
The customer support has been AMAZING! I've been working with numerous rep's over the past few weeks and I can't praise them enough. Lauren and Aaron have helped me to build the system to what we need and I can always count on the 24/7 support from rep's like Sarah and Brian when things come up.
At this point I really can't say anything negative about my experience. I wish I knew about it earlier!
Our program used to use paper carbon-copy time sheets for our 1000+ employees and it was a logistical nightmare. Within the first week, Tsheets has been a dynamic upgrade!

Haley O. made the 3 way call to Quickbooks and stayed in the background of the call until she heard Quickbooks start to walk on me again before she spoke up, making certain they took ownership of the problem and got it resolved to 100% satisfaction. As well, as stayed on the line with me to make sure everything else was set up as it should be to run correctly.
Absolutely nothing, Haley O. did absolutely everything I needed, actually went over/above what I would have expected as customer support. Has ever set up an appointment 2 days from now to call me back and make sure I'm not having trouble when it comes time to actually import my payroll to QB.. GREAT JOB HALEY!!!
Time management, job tracking,... realizing our crews do not keep good records when they are keeping track on the "honor system"
BD1 (Brad) found a solution to my issue that was quick and simple and saved me hours of deleting customers from the customer list.
Nothing! :) I think it is an excellent option for us.
Restricting employees so that they can only clock in and out with a time clock. This is solved with Tsheets.

I have to say that the Support is amazing. Anytime I have an issue, they are able to resolve it quickly and efficiently.
I do wish that the Payroll Item Mapping didn't have to be done for each new employee. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it would be nice to have a "template" and then make changes if necessary
Time tracking and job costing
Janine's enthusiasm and eagerness to work thru my questions was a welcome break from the task at hand.
If there is one very minor improvement I could suggest it would be that customers created in Tsheets do not get automatically added to Quickbooks billing program.

1. Customer Support is AWESOME! Little to no wait time, support Reps are extremely knowledgeable, cheerful and answer questions and solve problems quickly. 2. In designing this software, the developers clearly have analyzed what their target customer (companies with up to 50 employees) need in a cloud timesheet product, and have made it their business to deliver exactly those features. 3. Computer interface is quick and easy to setup, and to add new employees. 4. Smartphone apps are so easy to install and intuitive to use that it cuts training time to an absolute minimum (especially when training an employee who doesn't speak English well). 5. The company actively recruits product improvement suggestions from its client base. 6. The TSheets - Quickbooks (desktop) software integration works quickly and flawlessly. Once time entries have been corrected, payroll is a breeze. 7. A large number of Add-Ons to customize TSheets. 8. Advanced Tracking allows tracking of mileage, expenses, equipment right on the timecard. 9. A wide variety of useful reports that can be quickly customized with easy-to-use filters, and downloaded in several formats.
Honestly, almost nothing. The only feature it doesn't have (that previous cloud timesheet product did have) is the ability to create 2 different overtime rules. Time in excess of 40 hours per week AND overtime for Sunday hours. Suggestion has been submitted to company.
Anyone who does payroll knows the most time-consuming aspects of the payroll cycle are (1) ensuring that the time punches can be captured by employees quickly, easily and accurately, and (2) quickly and accurately transferring the time punch data into the payroll program. TSheets excels at both of these functions, saving incredible amounts of time, money and frustration. Not every company needs to job cost payroll, but for remodeling, construction and other companies who desire job costing, TSheets works seamlessly with the job cost features in Quickbooks (desktop version). I have only used TSheet with Quickbooks, so don't have any experience with TSheets' integration with other accounting software.
I called in to get more info on integrating with another software and Sydny showed me not only how to integrate, but also how to turn on additional features I required. He even went the distance and found additional information that assisted me with particular features in the software I was integrating with. My connection was a a little slow and he was great to talk to and pleasant while be patient through the whole process

Job scheduling and time and attendance reporting
T-Sheets is intuitive and feature-rich. Chat support is efficient, cheerful and effective.
Sometimes the robustness of T-Sheets stops me--the more complicated tracking available is not always intuitive. However T-Sheets support is awesome.
I use T-sheets across several businesses in my practice including restaurants and construction companies tracking multiple projects. Both businesses became independent users quickly, and appreciate the birds eye view they get of their employees time, and ease of editing. The T-sheets kiosk is user friendly.
The software is so clean and intuitive. It makes doing payroll much faster, job costing more accurate and scheduling more efficient. If you run a service business with mobile filed employees, this software is a no-brainer!
Would like to see integration with Capsule CRM, but wouldn't say that is a dislike as much as a recommendation

Everyone that I talk with from Tsheets is a genuine person and you can tell that they like their jobs.
Our experience so far has given us no downsides.
Tsheets gives us the ability to input time from any location. It's efficient on a Monday morning when we want to import everyone's time and invoice clients. It takes a task off of my plate in transferring from paper copies or spreadsheets.

The user in QBO was there and the info was imported from QBO by TS and suddenly the system loosed the Sync. Also I have an administrator that is authorize to approve time but when try to do so in QBO do not allow the person to approve it.

Not only is this a great product, when you have a question or need help, they provide great support. I'll say it again, the TSheets team provides excellent support. They know their product. They exude a positive and caring a attitude to the customer. You can virtually hear the smile in their voice. This makes for a great customer service experience.
Nothing really to dislike. However, I would like to see an improvement in the Kiosk module for the PC.
