The whole calendar setup is poorly suited to scheduling classes once a week or twice a month. Filtering bookings is impossible in a maker space where we have individual shops. Several of my co-users and I have experienced 505 errors when trying to access the application.

The customer service experience is like none I have ever experienced. This company cares and wants you to succeed. They go over and beyond to help you.

Quite a comprehensive system for yoga studio management and intuitive.
Customer service is seriously lacking. They didn't turn up to the scheduled onboarding call. We decided not to proceed and submitted a request to unsubscribe on the 5th day of the 7-day trial. They still billed our credit card on the 7th day despite us sending them 3 messages. We still haven't heard back. I would not give this company my credit card details unless you don't need to trial the software.

I love the way that it's built. It has considered even the most minor annoying things that other scheduling software miss. After evaluating 6 or 7 scheduling software, their UI is the best. They don't give you a calendar and a book button. They give you a practical website with an exceptional booking flow.
Using their website has their branding available on the higher plan, but you can talk to your AM, and they will dish out a reasonable discount.

The Omnify team is accommodating. They go the extra mile for us answering our questions and trying to help us with our specific needs. The program setup was straightforward compared to other platforms. The face of our store is also easy to design. As a not for profit, there are definitely parts of the platform we don't need, and I appreciate that our clients don't have to see those pieces.

During COVID, we've had to switch our business model from drop-in to registration. Omnify is providing an easy-to-use "plug and play" system where clients can find what they need easily while managing high outputs of email.
It is simple to use on both the admin and the customer side.

We needed a platform to take registrations and payments for a number of different programs all in one place that is easy to use. This meets our needs. The questionnaire options and customization options have been great realized benefits.
Omnify is highly customizable and can be suited for any business or use. Their service team is accommodating and accessible.
There was nothing to dislike. A hierarchical flow chart to help the client map out and communicate what data drives their business/customers to better cater to your clients or better filter through them would be helpful. The better the Omnify team understands your business, the more able they are to help you filter, sort, etc., and find those clients/customers. Once I could clearly articulate what I needed, they were able to make it happen.
Pool access for a community of nearly 4,000 homes and more than 10,000 Members. Omnify has helped use safely facilitate pool opening and use.
Omnify is very good for a tiny business as well, Im a single trainer with few classes per week and the solution perfectly fits my needs. I implemented it to my website, so my clients can book to my classes online. They used to book through messages to me before, and it was very time-consuming. Now they can manage their bookings by themeselves and cancell booking online - if needed. Omnify also has "waiting list", so my clients are always informed about the class availability.
The price is quite high for a single trainer, but it is worth it!
I spend less time with answering and never ending checking about the availability to the class. It has a beautifull app as well, where I can simply and quickly check the attendance at class.
Omnify surprised me with their generosity and fantastic customer service. In this day and age where most things are run by robots it's wonderful to find a company who works with humans! As a new mother, finding my footing and getting back to work has been a challenge (especially after a Ovid). The customer service team came alongside me and helped me figure out solutions with their care. I'm so incredibly grateful. Fantastic customer support!

Some options when you create a class or classpack needs more cleafication, adding an advertising tool will help as well, like the new classes will be send automately to all member, new announcement to be send to phone numbers or email automatically
Showing different screen in each device and it was solve easily , it took 7 minutes to have a real response and askimg me to screenshot me screen was smart and easy , not all app ask this

I needed a platform to manage group sessions, with integrations + payments and to allow people to register online. I also appreciate having the smartphone App.
Omnify is user-friendly for both our customers and our Admin team. Omnify team is available, professional and hard-working. They also are open to adding features to their pipeline when it's possible if it's critical for your business.
There are a few basic features that are missing. For example, there is no cart management and no easy way to filter out sold-out courses for the customer. That being said, Omnify is open to suggestions and attentive to our feedback. It looks more like a partnership than a supplier/customer relationship.
Omnify is helping us better manage our classes. We got fewer requests from our customers than we had before. In addition, features such as the Waitlist help to fill in our classes.
After a brief learning curve, the Omnify user interface is easy to use and intuitive. The schedule and client GUI makes adding clients or altering the schedule a simple task.
It would make administering the site more efficient if bulk uploads of the client database, via a spread-sheet, could be done locally. As it is now the client spreadsheet needs to be loaded directly by Omnify.
Our community pool is a place to socialize with neighbors. At the height of the CoVid pandemic it was closed and a big part of the community’s social life was compromised. Covid restrictions are now being relaxed but we still need to be diligent about minimizing the possibility of contagion. The Omnify Reservation System has provided a user-friendly way to meet current CoVid restrictions and also providing an easy to modify interface as restrictions are modified.
I like that support is excellent. The team responds within hours and is keen to resolve things quickly. They jump on a hangout call and explain things clearly. It is this kind of support that gives me confidence in using the platform more.
Some elements like widgets require further development to become more flexible and look better on mobile. However, there are always some workarounds.
I am running online courses and classes with the platform and I want a way to integrate easily with my existing Wordpress platform. Omnify allows me to do both and gives me a way to offer a seamless service store to my customers.
All styling and functionality is taken care of - and is it's hosted directly with Omnify, we don't have to worry about downtime and software upgrades.
I'd love some more configurable options in terms of styling and what to hide and show.
Omnify has met our needs as they are today - it got us off the ground quickly and easily in launching our events platform.
I like best about Omnify is the customer service team's quick to respond and happy to help in any way. They make suggestions and create a really friendly customer service experience. We made some suggestions for our customer interface and the Omnify team responded immediately with great suggestions and even created some customizations especially for us. I am grateful for this team and their responsiveness. I also like the filter capabilities that allows our customers to define exactly what they are looking for. We target a specific audience in our area and this has been helpful for their UX.
Because we run many types of programs, we needed more event/class customizations and messaging customization for our programs. For example, we have adult and children's classes, we need two different kinds of sign up and registration emails for each one. Additionally, since we are a non-profit, we needed some adjustments for payments.
We needed a platform to schedule classes, collect payment, and communicate various messages (welcome, sign up, choices, time changes, consent forms, data collection) and Omnify fulfills that need.
