You can export your leads at speed and at scale. Rather than having to manually select, for example a maximum of 25 leads at once, and do it all over again.... LeadIQ allows me to export list after list in one go. This allows me to continue going about my other work activities while the mass exporting happens in the background.
At this moment, none! Overall the data seems good, particularly for the EMEA market in which I work.

The team is awesome, they always check in to make sure I am okay and enjoying LeadIQ. Not to mention, the tool is great and it pulls accurate phone numbers and email addresses.

Helping me pull cell phone numbers of prospects and email addresses I need for my outreach in my sales role as an AE.
The workflow is stellar. It seamlessly integrates into your CRM and sales engagement platform. As someone who has used ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, and LeadIQ, LeadIQ is the best and it isn't even close.
The only con is that if most of your accounts are very small and aren't on LinkedIn, this probably isn't the tool for you.
My org uses ZoomInfo, but I got access to LeadIQ for the instances that ZoomInfo has no information, which is frequent. In today's day, I think you need more than 1 data provider, but if I could only have 1 it would be LeadIQ.
I can easily figure out if I'm contacting the best prospect's and what their best contact information is, it saves me so much time not calling people that will never answer or that has the wrong information, saves me hours every single week
That I'm limited on how many numbers I can search, not an issue with the product at all hahahah I just need to buy a full account
It is showing me what the best contact information is and the best personalized messaging for prospect's. I email hundreds of people every week and LeadIQ allows me to send personalized emails and I'm getting more engagement on my emails than I ever have, It takes so much time to personalize an email and the fact that LeadIQ does it in seconds is a game changer in my workflow.
I love building lists in LeadIQ and importing to our outreach tool! So fast! I have reached out to our CSM before in need of additional credits and always had a great experience and help I needed.
Downsides of LeadIQ are that the data isn't always reliable - but every now and then you get a nice spouse willing to help you out!

A lot of times on linkedin they need the personal email in order to request i'm able to pull that up via leadiq also.. sometimes the work email doesn't allow outside domains so I like how the personal email is included when available.
I don't really have any dislikes but something that could be improved is not using credits if the phone number or work email isn't available. Other than that I think it's an awesome tool

Sometimes Scribe tool doesnt capture the most current employment details of the prospects and i have to recreate messages again to get the desired message.

In essence, LeadIQ has provided a dependable, effective, and user-friendly avenue for managing and optimizing our lead management processes.
Using LeadIQ has mostly been a smooth ride, with a setup that was surprisingly straightforward and easy. Yep, we've had a few "ah-ha" moments while exploring some of the deeper functionalities and advanced features. And while 'Scribe' has been a standout feature, automating our data processes like a dream, there were a couple of instances where it needed a tiny bit of manual oversight to nail the accuracy. But, every small challenge turned into a learning chance, helping us get the hang of the platform even more and dig into its robust capabilities. The continuous enhancements and refinements LeadIQ introduces have been a nice touch, showing they’re all in on making the user experience top-notch. So, it’s a solid thumbs up from our team!
LeadIQ has really stepped up our game by solving some key issues our sales team was bumping into. Take the 'Scribe' feature, for example. It’s saved us from the headache of trying to draft the perfect note every time. Plus, LeadIQ gives us a bunch of solid, up-to-date lead data, which means less time digging for info and more time actually talking to potential clients. This has helped make our whole lead finding and managing process much smoother, letting us put more focus where it really counts - building those relationships and landing deals. Seeing our workflow and team vibe get a boost has been great.
The accuracy and automated contact fill is super helpful when prospecting
The only downfall is running out of credits but I think that may be the package my org purchased

Ease of use, interface, information autofill that is mostly accurate. I like that it saves me time in manually inputting contacts into my sales enablement platforms or email tools!
sometimes glitchy and has to be opened or closed a few times. Sometimes the information is not fully accurate, and this will prevent a contact from being uploaded to an external platform.
Lead IQ helps me move prospects from linkedin or salesnavigator into other tools like outreach, salesforce, or groove. This benefits me by saving time and also auto filling contact information that I otherwise would spend time searching for.
There's a lot to love about LeadIQ. It fits right into my existing workflows and the integration with Salesforce CRM makes it easy to create lists for targeted campains. We also use Groove, so the Salesforce native integrations makes it simple to get my contacts uploaded into flows in a few clicks.
There's been a few times where LeadIQ was down, but nothing the lasted too long. It's expected with software.
I'm using LeadIQ to bring lead/contacts into CRM and Groove for outbound prospecting. In the past, I had to do this manual and it took up a bunch of time. The Salesforce CRM integration makes it easy to organize campaigns and prioritize with my flows in Groove.

Data quality is lower for companies < 50 employees but that's probably the same for all data providers

The availability of mobile phone numbers was superior to ZoomInfo, and as we know, cold calls are where we see the highest conversion rates. I also appreciated that I could directly add contacts to Outreach sequences whilst tagging them, while also updating our instance of Salesforce Contacts simultaneously.
I can't name many things that I didn't like but the UI/UX was a bit sparse. Felt like the ramp to value realization was a bit longer than it needed to be, but I also didn't attend initial trainings on the product.
LeadIQ is solving the fact that Sales Development folks have mutliple source data systems that need updating constantly and simultaneously. The fact that LeadIQ integrates within multiple SaaS environments when capturing Leads saves a ton of time when prospecting, allowing SDRs to focus on the dollar creating acitivities, like making phone calls.

Easy to use and integrate with outreach, salesforce and all our tools. Another thing is easy to change the email if necessary and integrate with Linkedin Sales.
Sometimes in brazil, it is hard to find some of the e-mails, but when I find, I can change them for other people and me. Another thing hard to find is the cell phone, so we only get a few of those
It is easy to find e-mails of some companies, and we can import a lot of prospect just with a click, A good part is that it can integrate with a lot of other CRMS
As an SDR, LeadIQ is the best tool to be able to bulk upload contacts from different accounts/regions and databases. The company I work for got rid of it and I was so bummed that I almost signed up for a solo membership, because LeadIQ's operational efficiency is unmatched. Best tool in the game of prospecting in my opinion
The only thing I can categorize as disliking is when data is blocked and you can't use credits to unlock a profile. However, this isn't the tools fault, it's personal prefence of the prospect. So long story short, nothing to dislike on my end.
I am not longer a member of LeadIQ but I sure wish I was. LeadIQ has incredible lead intelligence when locating prospect information. I haven't stumbled upon another tool yet that allows for such smooth and accurate bulk uploads.
