Amazing value for the package. I am using the Suite plan and it has everything I need for a very reasonable price I can afford.
There's nothing that I didn't like so far. One thing I was missing is insights into Amazon Sweden.
Keyword research, insights into profits and costs, insights into competitors listings
Jungle Scout has some of the best data for our categories and we have been testing it against a few of the competing tools in the space for the last 6 months. Its easy to use and is reasonably priced. They continue to add new features that have become important to helping us roll out new products and understand market share changes.
Some parts of the platform don't have filters where you might want them and other places where there are too many. Some columns you can sort and others you can't. Some places you can export and others that you can't. We mostly use the parts where the data is exportable to so we can push it to our data warehouse to combine with ARA and other ad spend data. Its getting more better over time so they must be listening to feedback.
Right now the main problems that its solved is increasing our velocity of taking new products to market. We can quickly measure in a few months what used to take 6 or more. We've also been able to move people into more proactive roles due to some of the automation it has around generating keyword content and tracking competitors changes and making it available to our copyrighters for content optimization. Biggest benefit to date is time saved and we feel like some decision cycles have been shortened meaning more time iterate when to grow and trim investments.
The most helpful is the transparency and

Jungle Scout gives me a step-by-step procedure to follow. I am 60 years old and a first-time seller on Amazon (still in the product research phase). I have never sold online before or done anything in this type of arena or platform before. Jungle Scout has given me all the tools needed with step-by-step tutorials to use so that a beginner does not feel overwhelmed. They offer complete transparency into all processes in the Amazon selling process. I can link my Amazon account to my Jungle Scout for "in-depth" analyses of products and strategies to ensure a successful business. They do this with complete upfront fees with affordable payment options that are well below the thousands of dollars so-called Amazon "Gurus" charge for taking a course from them that, by the way, tells you that JS is the best software to use lol. Their customer support was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and sincere in seeing me succeed. They have real-time information that allows me to gauge the current market and trends on Amazon and Google for the best products to sell. They have step-by-step help and vetted support for me to use, ie, outsourcing manufacturers. Photographers and everything you need to make a great listing with traffic-driven buyers coming to your products. They also have tools for keeping and maintaining your listing profitable, showing all the sales data in a format that helps you make profit-driven analyses for your listing to make as much money as possible.
Jungle Scout SEAMLESSLY simplifies product research, and provides a birds-eye view of any niche's performance on the market. With Jungle Scout, it is easier to determine search frequency of any product, seasonality, and competition levels. I love that this tool leaves nothing out...you will understand what you're up against with fulfillment fees, projected sales volume, ranking levels for that product, and more.
Jungle Scout (actually most similar tools) seem to have slightly missed the mark on how to most effectively compile data for analysis. Sometimes this results in skewed/inaccurate measurements (substantially, in some cases). I wish there were some sort of tool for estimating international shipping costs, and perhaps coaching on how to build reviews on your product according to industry rules. While it is nearly an impossibility, I wish there were a feature helping narrow down warehouses that would potentially house your product (to help estimate your product's shipping costs).
JS is helping me avoid unstable niches, and zero in on the products with the best margins. Jungle Scout also helped me find some of the best products with little competition. I recommend using this tool in conjunction with others of its kind (as cross reference). While it offers a lot of information, you can never be too careful when investing large amounts of time and money.
I have been using JS since day one on my Amazon Seller Journey, it is a very straight forward tool. Customer service is excellent and be training videos for me personally are the best on the market. Straight to me point, very clear and more importantly they are focusing on the issues that matter. I will recommend this tool for any beginner or advance seller, it does help you for issues such as : product hunting, list developer, keyword search and loads more. More importantly the price is a good value for money if you compare with other tools out there in the market. 100% recomended.
There is nothing I don't like about JS, however I would love it if it will have the option for Spanish language.
Listing creating, Product research, Supplier research and Keyword optimization.
The attentiveness and competence of all the customer support staff I have interacted with
We are signed up for the Suite trial and have used Jungle Scout previously but the pricing is high - At the moment we only need sales analytics and cannot justify the price of Suite just for this. Would be helpful for basic sales analytics to be included in the Basic package
Easily accessible Amazon sales numbers
1) The ever-growing list of features, especially top-of-the-class Keyword and Product research tools and Chrome extension 2) JungleScout has a really intuitive and convenient User Interface (UI) 3) Great support, in three years of using JS, I have had to contact the support like two or three times and they always answered me within 1 day. 4) Their product accuracy for keyword research and sales estimates – I have tried Helium10 and some other tools, but JungleScout algorithms for sales estimates and search volume are much closer to reality. I have compared these values for my own and my partner products and JS is much closer to the truth. 5) They organize free webinars which offer tons of value, their founder Greg is a very experienced Amazon seller himself, and they know how to present new features and guide everyone through them. The precision is especially important when I need to check whether my potential partner products will have enough potential on Amazon – that's where the more precise data will determine how good your strategy will be.
Sometimes their keyword research tool on their website is working slow. Not sure if it's because of some server issues once in a while or because some selected keywords generate a too "heavy" dataset which their algorithm has to process.
I am building my Amazon business with the help of JungleScout. It's not just a simple "launch one private-label product" business, but rather a quickly growing Amazon consultancy business – I have helped more than 30 clients grow their business on Amazon, and JungleScout has been my "back office" for all my research and data needs. My company "Fast Brands" has to deal with many different cases, but whenever we need trustworthy data to investigate problems and create the best strategy, we use JungleScout.
Cobalt tool and the way to be able to screen categories and brands and its performance KPIs
The price for Cobalt is expensive due to the competitors that settled the cost of their solution very high to address wide international brands.
Knowing what my clients and leads are doing on Amazon helps me to understand better what they need. I often include a snapshot of the data I have in Audits I realize on their accounts
