HubSpot is a foundational necessity for any efficient marketing team. It's intuitive and super powerful, and I use it all day every day to drive our marketing strategy and tactics. Basically, if I can imagine a marketing automation/task, HubSpot can do it. It's well-designed, extremely user-friendly, and there is documentation to support everything imaginable. The support is excellent as well - when I need help from a HubSpot rep, I always get a quick and helpful response. HubSpot integrates seamlessly with SalesForce, and I can easily manage the integration without assistance from a SalesForce admin.
I sometimes struggle to generate the exact reporting I need, and the business unit functional still needs improvement (for example, need the option to clone an asset and assign it to a different business unit than the original - this exists in some areas of Marketing Hub, but not all).
HubSpot drives our automated digital marketing, marketing analytics, social media management, lead management and attribution, and more. It's a huge benefit to be able to manage this all in one place, and to be able to automate a lot of manual processes.
When we transitioned to HubSpot the biggest impact was having everything in one place. The capabilities are endless, the data insights pulling into singular (customizeable) dashboards are a marketers dream. It's nice not to have to code switch from tool to tool. And, it's extremely user friendly and accessible—like every tool should be.
Our website is a WordPress site and we're not looking to migrate that to HubSpot so we do have some limitations when it comes to features and data collection.
It's helped us consolidate our tools into one easy-to-use platform. The automation opportunities take a lot of manual work off our plate and allow for much better data insights.
It's very easy to use and to interact with every lead that comes into it

I absolutely love HubSpot Marketing Hub as our go to marketing tool because it offers a user experience, for people of all skill levels. When it comes to email marketing on a scale this tool makes it incredibly easy with its customizable templates that simplify our workflow. With everything in one place there's no need for us to juggle multiple tools. If you're seeking an intuitive solution we highly recommend giving HubSpot Marketing Hub a try.
While HubSpot Marketing Hub stands out among tools with its challenges I occasionally encounter some difficulty when using the built in options, for creating landing pages within my email marketing campaigns.
It's remarkable how affordable this tool is, especially when compared to others, in the market. With its assistance I can effortlessly automate my email marketing tasks effectively relieving the work stress. What sets it apart is the user interface, which simplifies our marketing efforts. It offers an all in one platform, for email marketing making it truly convenient.
I like using HubSpot to place social media posts each week. I use it for Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter to place all the messages for a week. You don't have to have a ton of HubSpot insight or training to get in and start posting.
I don't like that a post is automatically repeated when you add a new post. It is just another step for me to delete it because I don't generally repeat posts. It also seems like there is lots of extra clicking to add day and times.
I like being able to post to several social media companies all from one spot. I also like using a program that does more than just social media. Being able to tie a post to a campaign is cool.
Hubspot marketing hub is a huge part of our marketing activities day to day. It's followed me through all my marketing roles and I would feel lost without it now. It's intuitive, easy to navigate and crucial to our day to day success!
I don't always find graphics are the easiest to pull through when creating blogs etc but this is probably down to me not being very technologically savvy!
Ease of posting marketing materials to our website

Allows me to have a number of tools under one roof and not login to several tools.

The ability to scale the Large Business side of our smaller branches.
Nothing has come up yet, and we need more seats.
We have used hub spot from the very beginning and we are using it as a migration tool for smaller branches of Supernova.
I like the advanced automation that allows us to work efficiently.
The support of integrations. As when something doesn't work, there is no one to help you.
Its all in one platform where we keep all out customer data.
Hubspot on the whole has been a great marketing automation platfom for us which supports the CRM, web and deals. Emails: eveloping the new tempaltes and using the WYSIWYG editor has been the best one to use LP: Ease of editing and usage of the preset modules is one of the major things i 've like with ease of themes downloading|
Hubspot system is lacking in basic e-commerce functionality that other platforms have at a fraction of the cost. limitations in the form editors
This addresses common marketing challenges with tools for lead generation and more.
The simplicity of use when creating dynamic experiences for individuals and centralizing efforts without much backend infrastructure. It is a great way to manage digital infrastructure and CRM tasks.
You really need to understand the ecosystem to make sure you are creating infrastructure that will continue to be impactful. Otherwise, a majority of your efforts will be repeated or duplicated.
Understanding our current contact database and the level of engagement they have with us as a brand.
I love that the platform continues to evolve and the constant release of helpful features. It's an easy tool to navigate and when you have questions there is always extremely quick support. I am in the hub daily, so it's important to me that it integrates well with my daily activities.
Sometimes the options seem a little limited and the analytics are a little lacking based on the type of reporting I want.
The Marketing hub is helpingme streamline processes and help the entire company adapt to the B2B > B2C workflow that is needed to properly nurture our leads and manage demand generation.
The training initially was extremely helpful and very easy to understand. HubSpot is constantly improving things within the hub and make every piece user friendly.
The only thing I would say here is to utilize certain features you do need to upgrade/pay more, which is understandable with this robust of a system, however, it would be nice if certain things were moved down to lower tiers, specifically for companies just starting out.
List segmentation, email organization, and ticket management. This serves us well as we send emails for many different brands and to many different lists of users. Being able to smartly segment our using company and contact properties has been very beneficial in not only organizing our contacts but also emails.
The templates for emails are very easy to use and send
Learning curve was steep for website builder, I had trouble editing content
Keeping track of all my clients and who I've sent emails to and when
