Hubspot enables me to automate my CRM in a smart way. I can see when emails are opened and respond with offers and actions. I can input the company details and it recognises address details and auto populates the content for me. It's easy to integrate into my outlook as well using add on software
There are bolt on services which you have to pay for, which I don't use enough to justify payment . But I suppose they have to do this in order to make commercially viable and implement. I use the product daily and have done for a couple of years now.
It enables me to track and measure responses more effectively in campaigns. A great tool for any small business
I love tracking the analytics in the Marketing Campaign section within the HubSpot Marketing Hub. The way you are able to report on so many fields allows my company to steer efforts or change based on the ROI we see at a given time. Contacting Customer Support is every easy and they are super responsive! I used Hubspot on a daily basis and also enjoy the Hubspot Academy and training this CRM provides!
Keeping track of Marketing Contacts within HubSpot Marketing can be tricky a times since you do not get a "real time" number and is based on a monthly total. With that being said, HubSpot does give you warnings when you are close to reaching your limit which is a nice feature.

I like how easy it is to use and how easy it is to implement HTML email templates. I also love that I can do everything within Hubspot, from forms to landing pages, emails, and automation. It is really easy to integrate with other systems and I use it every day.
Some features need improvement. But I like that HubSpot is constantly working on improvements and new features, and the support team is always here to help me with a solution.
We are using HubSpot to manage and segment our leads and create marketing emails. HubSpot is helping us keep our database clean all the time and send them outstanding emails. With all thair reporting tools, it is easy to see what works and what doesn't for our audience.
All tools are in one place, well integrated—email marketing, lists, forms, CMS, landing pages, blog, and integration with ads. Before I moved to HubSpot I had to use a basket of other tools, and it was tough to integrate them. In theory, there are connectors, APIs, etc. I had to juggle CSV and Excel files to get things done.
In CMS I sometimes struggle to get the page exactly as I want. Sometimes it is hard to find a place where I can change the settings of pictures in ready-to-use templates. I may lack skill, so maybe its just me.
I worked on getting leads from marketing events - like webinars, social media posts, etc. To achieve the results I need to use current CRM customer data to send emails with invitations and track the results of the mailing campaigns. Also, we put ads on Linkedin and Google. The ads redirect leads to landing pages, so they can register for the event. Once the event is completed, I use HubSpot to create follow-up emails and run the sales process on the leads that have converted.
HubSpot is great because it easily integrates with other tools, giving us the best view of our contacts and customers.
In terms of features it's great, but it's a bit expensive.
We are automating manual processing, saving time on lead qualifications, emailing, funnel stage calculations and more.

The way videos are embedded in emails. I don't like how when they click play on the video it takes them to a new page.
The number one problem that Marketing Hub solved with moving all our resources to one software program. Staying organized along with long-term planning is easy. To top it off, you have a real-time view of all your marketing analytics!
HubSpot is super efficient to use. It helps our processes to be simplified and more understandable when comes to a huge customer base. The level of options in HubSpot is very intuitive and classy for us to use. The HubSpot learning hub is very helpful too for beginners like me.
I would say HubSpot can be quite intimidating with forms, contacts, workflow. A small process can be a bit lengthy with HubSpot. Only mid to expert levels can use this program efficiently.
When we create events on our website, since we have HubSpot integration to our website it is very easy to collect data. The integrations with other platforms we use with HubSpot is the best and having all our contacts in one place is an excellent option with HubSpot.

Limits on marketing contacts - I get it from a business point of view, but just kinda annoying to manage. The bounced and not engaged should have a feature to automatically review them, or add them to a list where we can reach out and see if its worth keeping them or not.

You can get all the marketing services under one roof. And it is so easy to use and connect with other apps as well.

Keeping data of all of my client at one place. Easy to send out communication, keeping track of my clients, deals. Workflows has make life so easier. That changes how we deal with out client. They get live information and we don't have to worry about sending that information as it is happening in really time at backend.

I would like to see a feature added to send over a 24 hour period to test our specific ideal send time.
Attribution is much simpler, building landing pages is easy, and integration is fantastic. All in all, I find it very helpful day to day.

Hubspot Marketing Hub covers all the bases for our marketing automation, content creation, social media promotion, email marketing, web site management and hosting, marketing contacts management ... you name it. There is simply no other marketing platform available that provides more functionality and capability in one package. The consistency of design across the platform is terrific -- clean and easy to use, but powerful as well.
Some of the nickel-and-dime fees that you have to pay, even if you are an Enterprise user. For example, the Reporting add-on really should be included without extra charge at Professional and Enterprise levels. And Surcharges for additional contacts at the enterprise level are too expensive -- there should either be more base contacts than the 10K that are included, or batches of additional contacts should be much larger (perhaps 5K instead of 2K blocks).
As a one-person marketing team, I need all the tools I can get in order to keep my head above water and make a difference for my company. Without Hubspot's automation, analytics, social media publishing, and content management capabilities I'd never be able to get as much done as I do.
