I really like that I can create different workflows on Drip. It makes it easy to organize customers and potential customers into different funnels which is very convenient. I also love their automated workflows, they are really easy to understand and implement.
Drip can be glitchy at times which can get frustrating, but really over all it is a great tool for its price point.
We are using it to segment readers who subscribe to our blog. It lets us create targeted campaigns to then convert those subscribers into customers of our products.
I like the dashboard in Drip. It is visually easy to navigate and when I can't find something, the knowledge base is super helpful!
I think some of the functions could be grouped better or easier to find. For example, I don't like that I have to exit a workflow to edit a subscriber, or that there is different screens for tags and campaigns when editing a subscriber. It would be nice to edit the subscriber more like a CRM where notes could be added and the tags/subscriptions could be managed on one page.
Drip helps me send campaigns and broadcasts at the moment, I haven't used it for a lot of workflows. I am hoping to use the workflows more as my subscriber base grows.
Drip’s functionality is straightforward and easy to use. I love that I can schedule lots of different campaigns and broadcasts.
There’s nothing I dislike about Drip so far.
Drip helps me stay consistent and organised.
We are new to Drip, but they made the migration process super simple and are really responsive!
Nothing yet! We are very new to Drip, but really enjoying it so far.
Hoping to have better open rates and more options for email structure.
workflow builder is great, lot's of features for decision making. Easy to use, great visualization of flows.
ordering/re-ordering of subscriber list changes back to default if you go into a subscriber detail then hit the subscriber list link again to return to the main page. You lose your spot in the list and have to re-order
staying in contact with prospects & customers
Drip solves a number of issues for me: Pop up opt ins Timed exit forms Clean data base management Ease of tagging Visual funnel development Data sharing between lead sources
The UI takes getting used to. Portions of it feel intuitive (right brain creative) while others feel very clunky (left brain IT department)
Lead capture and relationship building with my list are the top 2 things I’m tackling with my license.
The ease with which to make a flow and it all feels very well thought out, with the end user in mind. There is not much clutter.
I cannot adjust the language settings for the users. I send emails to Dutch users, but still some things are in English. And the email template is simple, but I wish a little bit more was possible with this.
It is a perfect solution for marketing automation. Even has options as lead scoring and it is actually cheaper than the competition.
The support team is always helpful, even when they can't specifically solve the problem right away. They are open to feature suggestions. And the value is very high on feature set vs competition.
I'm sometimes left wanting more features – like a native Salesforce integration, or more clear Wordpress integration (via GravityForms).
Email broadcasts and workflows for marketing automation
Their email flow visualization is second to none. Makes it super easy to see which emails are getting sent at which point, and build incredibly custom workflows depending on what actions the user takes.
Need some more docs on Drip's end for integrating the app via Segment.
We send personalized emails to users based on what actions they take in our app. It means that at any point in a campaign we're sending the most useful email to the user at that point in time.
Definitely, the user interface is one of the best features. It is an intuitive app which makes easy to manage the email lists.
The advanced features are kind of hidden.
I am solving our email sending problems found on other email autoresponders
Very dependable and has great templates to use with great guidance.
The program can be a little hard to learn but they have great customer service to help
Excellent for email marketing
It's really easy to use, we've set the workflows in minutes, and it's really flexible. You can adapt your campaings, set up special campaigns, etc. really quick.
Maybe a better editor for the emails, with more features.
I'm doing the automation of all my emails workflow.
Simple and clean user interface for creating email automations.
Bit of a learning curve for navigation, but pretty seamless as you start actually working within the product.
Email automation to help with business growth and nurturing relationships.
The tool is easy to navigate, and you or your employees do not need to invest additional time.
I prefer to use other well-known tools which are proven and have more options for integrations with systems and tools.
Avoiding a design resource with the good look of the templates inside.
Easy to get started. You upload your list and jump right in
Somewhat limited on the integrations to and from other apps
Email marketing
Once you wrap your mind around the UI design, it is a great tool. The automation for email sequence and the ability to A/B test emails is great.
Tracking - the analytics leave a lot to be desired. While the automation feature is good, it is not user-friendly. You have to create a new automation to make changes in the sequence. If you complete too many A/B tests, it gets quite messy.
Reaching new customers and onboarding. Allows us to scale fairly easily.
The design is very friendly and usually intuitive.
We have more than 2000 people and it seems to be very slow to upload just about anything. Been using it for about six months now and have not felt any updates to the product. No new features. The workflow design is really great but can get very problematic if you edit it too much as nodes are leftover, and the flow spread over screens.
We designed a new signup flow and many email reminder sequences. Once we got it to get triggered from our CRM data, it was easy to make changes and adjustments to any flow.
The ease of use with Drip is amazing. I am able to put together advanced segmentations and automations in very short periods of time. The visual builder is awesome too.
I feel like the Drip team relies on how easy the system is to use. If you need to go more in-depth about email deliverability and liquid code there isn't a lot of help they provide.
We are actually in the process of getting off of Drip. We are still using the automations we built in Drip, but everything else has been moved over.
The ability to use trigger links to add or change the campaigns
A little more capability in the email editor would be nice
Broadcasts can add new campaigns to a contact.
pretty simple to use interface, and plenty of features
Sudden unexpected price bumps without prior warning
Excellent for Automating welcome emails to clients, and adding a series of follow ups
