"Great product but pushes a different Bias"
What do you like best about Datapeople?

The product itself is great at its core. It provides helpful recommendations that really make you think about how you should be approaching the way you write JDs

What do you dislike about Datapeople?

While it's created to be inclusive it also drives its own bias, especially for those who don't understand how to really wordsmith their JDs and have set rules that they must have a specific score of it's considered a failure of a JD. Some of the reasons why the scores are low have nothing to do with the writer but just the processes that have been implemented within our own internal job architecture.

What problems is Datapeople solving and how is that benefiting you?

To be honest, I have not done any analytics to understand how huge of a benefit we're getting from Datapeople. At its core it's suppose to help us write inclusive job descriptions but does it really cater to our audience and our market? Is a lot of this generalized and that's why we're being inclusive?

"Review of TapRecruit"
What do you like best about Datapeople?

Generally speaking it's relatively easy to use.

What do you dislike about Datapeople?

I do not like how hard it is to delete/edit sections. I also feel that some of the suggestions are irrelevant - for example when we write "first principals thinking" in our engineering job descriptions it actually is describing a method of thought and something we look for, but taprecruit flags it as the wrong word to use. It would be great if it took into account well known phrases/methods of thinking when making such suggestions.

What problems is Datapeople solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us make sure that our job descriptions are more inclusive and concise.
