The analytics is helpful and easy to understand so I can make informed adjustments to email strategies. I also like getting immediate data as soon as a campaign is launched!
I would love to see the customization options of templates/emails to be improved. I am a graphic designer, and sometimes, the editing options are limited to what I want to include in campaigns.

Not a super responsive interface when moving items around in an email. For example, if I'm moving an image or text box it moves between text & images to places where undesired. Other items can get moved around while trying to move the clicked-on item
Seeing what kind of newsletters / content that readers are interested in by using the analytics provided and seeing what kinds of emails are getting opened more, what links are getting clicked on, what subject lines are more interesting based on the number of opens in that email, etc.

I like how this functions as storage for pdfs and images and creates urls for those that I can then use to post them on our website or embed them elsewhere.
I have noticed that the building function changes so that sometimes I can do multiple images side-by-side in an application, and other times I can't. Sometimes the search function doesn't load.
CC helps me to update our website because I can use documents and images saved there in our website and also link to emails that have been sent which essentially serve as landing pages.

Constant Contact is like a plug and play device. Their templates make it easy to create impactful emails. The ability to have surveys/polls and video embedded into emails is a valuable tool for any business.
Within the contact manager I wish there was a way to accept/decline changes to emails or contact information when uploading new data. Currently the system overrides current data with anything that is uploaded. I would like there to be an approval process for contacts already in the system.
Our website provider does not provide an e-communications tool so Constant Contact was a perfect fit to help us communication with our constituents. As a school we are sending a large amount of emails to our parents, alumni and prospective families. Constant Contact's reporting tools make it easy for us to analyze our communications.
Without having a business email domain which allows us to do mass mailings directly, we can still reach our clients easily in weekly newsletter format.

I wish there was more customization to the emails. More designs and details to make the email prettier and more customized. I wish I could move things around on the email to make it more customizable.

My favorite thing about constant contact is the creativity factor! There are so many templates to choose from and it is easy to customize them and create campaigns that stand out!
Sometimes I wish that it was easier to upload content, like pictures. I feel like often times there are a lot of steps that you have to take to upload a single picture. Also, sometimes emails get sent to sender's spam folders which is also frustrating.

Although building advertising email campaigns is drag & drop, it seems constrained in aspects of more versatile and infinite template creation because it includes certain preloaded designs that are changeable to some level. Although it's fantastic for beginners, I don't like how I can't see just how my homepage, for instance, would appear until it's posted since I'm too busy creating the required modifications to the design.

The best thing is i don't have to custom build anything coming to forms/emails the templates covers me all the features I need. Other tools also have the pre-made templates but constant contact makes it more powerful even the customization for every filed is soo good. Also the insights which we get from our campaigns is far better then other tools we can AB test our flow to reach correct audience and can see who opens it, what links they click, what specific Content they click on. Also we can test our templates ourselves by sending to friends and families before sending it to targetted users.
Sometimes while having a image it's bit difficult to add in template layout having a seperate block or widget can be useful. The very basic feature having a click to call in mobile devices is missing I really disappointed here.
