"Close CRM"
What do you like best about Close?

All-in-one CRM. Call, text, email, notes, workflows, and correspondence all in one place. It's organized and created to help companies of any size scale. Call quality is perfect, amazing support staff, how-to instructions, and there are tons of automation. The overall cost of the product is a value add. We use Close for everything in our business daily.

What do you dislike about Close?

Pay-as-you-go Twillo pricing. I'd rather pay a set price for calls & texts.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of paying for 5 different software I only have to pay for one. I can see all calls, texts, emails, and notes on the screen. Literally on the same page.

"Close is an intuitive, affordable CRM"
What do you like best about Close?

Close is easy to use, works well and most importantly, affordable. We all know that some CRM software is clearly priced for massive enterprise businesses or venture-backed startups with the budget to pay high monthly fees. I use Close as a small business owner, and I found Close to have the right amount of functionality and reasonable pricing to justify paying for another monthly subscription. I use Close a few times per week to manage my sales process more efficiently.

What do you dislike about Close?

Like most new software, there is some setup required that can feel overwhelming at first. We were migrating from a makeshift CRM in Airtable with about 300 leads and contacts, so it took time to get everything up and running in Close. I've also found the Zapier integration for Close to be fairly limited. For example, if I delete a contact in Close there is no way to sync that with Airtable or other tools. If there is, I haven't figuered out how to do this yet.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Close as a small business owner to track leads and the status of current customers. It's a centralized place to store customer contacts as well, like an address book of sorts.

"2 years and counting"
What do you like best about Close?

There are many features that I don't even use that could be more important for other businesses. But I keep things rather simple and focus on how effective Close is with being my primary customer and leads database. I'm able to classify my leads as potential clients to distinguish from clients. I'm also able to automate value updates for each client so that I can see lifetime earnings as well as individual sales for each client. A lot of great CRMs don't actually provide an ongoing method for tracking sales. Close does. The smart view filtering of lists allows you the ability to automate task using zapier or integrately (my choice) to send SMS or email on a schedule such as the day of inquiry, 7 days later, 21 days later and so forth. I originally used their internal SMS because it was easy. But I'm always looking to save money so over time I begin using my own external account through a different platform, and yet I still keep Close because of its overall value keeping my data organized. Literally I can create a list in just minutes of anyone who has never responded to an email but has had a reservation with my company, but not within the last 3 years and not more than to visits during that 3 years. If you can imagine it, Close can build that list and send it to trigger automatically, whatever you need triggered.

What do you dislike about Close?

I appreciate that Close has SMS built-in conveniently. And it's nice that they can offer the ability to provide the phone number and service setup smoothly. But that does come at a cost. For those of us looking for the best value and or who already have our own twilio account, it would be great if we could insert our twilio API and just use the Close platform as a pass-through. It would make it even more long-term viable as businesses grow and SMS costs begin to matter.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leads management. Sales tracking.

"Makes Sales Very Easy"
What do you like best about Close?

I like that Close is pretty simple and quite intuitive. It had a super quick learning curve (which is unlike many other CRMs). A couple of our sales reps are not particularly tech-savvy, but they got up to speed in no time. Mainly the value it offers for our team is keeping on top of our inboxes and chasing hot leads. I also love the integrations with other apps - super easy to set up and requires absolutely zero maintenance.

What do you dislike about Close?

I haven't discovered skills routing (if it exists) but I would love to see it integrated. Also it is pretty expensive, especially considering it's in a fairly crowded market. CRM developers know how much value their tools can add so they seem to have no gripes charging a premium. I still feel it's pricey considering.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close is helping us generate operational reports that is really helpful for resourcing and financial reporting. We have significantly reduced swivel chairing thus saving time and improving productivity.

"Close is an excellent CRM"
What do you like best about Close?

Close is great for a small/medium team to get its leads and reach out organized. The support via email is great and the team provides quick fixes and updates based on user feedback.

What do you dislike about Close?

There is no integration with ZoomInfo or Appollo which would make certain tasks a lot easier. We only get one video support meeting which I understand keeps costs low, but sometimes a quick video meet is more helpful than an email.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using another CRM that charged too much and was far too complex for what we were looking to do. We have simplified our outreach, cleaned up our lead list, and we are more organized than ever. Oh, and the dialer is awesome.

"A well balanced and affordable CRM for companies of all sizes"
What do you like best about Close?

There are a number of benefits to the Close platform, but namely; the seamless intergration with other systems and platforms, the 'smart email' monitoring that automatically collates emails from clients directly into their client record, the autonomous functions for email scheduling and follow-ups, and the 'smart search' function which allows you to narrow down a list of prospects by using a plethora of intelligent filters.

What do you dislike about Close?

For a start-up or very small company, less than five employees, it can be costly to purchase anything more than the basic package. That said, the pricing is still considerably more favourable than competitors such as HubSpot etc.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maintaining a large book of potential prospects, and allowing seamless outreach to numerous prospects at the same time using smart-searches and autonomous emailing and scheduling/follow-ups. Without Close and it's features, there would be a considerable cost to the business in terms of additional staff and resources required to actively communicate with so many prospects at once.

"Solid tool with core features and a super responsive customer support team"
What do you like best about Close?

It hits the core features needed to run a sales operation. Their support team is very responsive. Good-value pricing.

What do you dislike about Close?

There is a serious lack of native integrations. And I'm having issues with nearly every Zapier + Close automation I try making. On a positive note, their support team has been great in helping to solve these things.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Sales Executive, it's crucial to have a CRM that works well. As a small, scrappy start-up, it's crucial to have fair-priced tools. Close does a good job hitting both of these needs.

"This is by far the best CRM. I use it for my SaaS & online service-based business."
What do you like best about Close?

It is clean and easy to use. It keeps you focused on the things that matter. Every other CRM felt overwhelming, had feature bloat and was a nightmare. It ended up paralyzing me and I wouldn't use it. With Close, I started immediately, intuitively, and never stopped.

What do you dislike about Close?

The price is a little bit high for us as a scrappy startup, but with their new startup pricing plan it is much more do-able. I don't really have any other negative feedback, they're truly awesome.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close is helping my sales developement reps track leads, automate outreach messages, and most importantly get meetings booked for me with our target customers. I then close those sales and track everything in Close.
