I feel their heart is beneath their product which is always the best. They are very friendly and offer clear tutorials. They offered a discount for non-profits. I love the new flow structure and ease of that visually.

I wish we could export the bot structure if needed. I realize that is probably extremely difficult. Payment options are disappearing soon. I would like them to come back.

Pricing scheme can be a little sketchy as it requires you to manually keep an eye on your users and conversations to avoid high charges to your credit card. Billing could be improved.

We can configure the types of business for which we want to automate the questions and answer. It provides really helpful support for social media marketing and various messenger tools like WhatsApp messenger, the telegraph. It has an AI-based chat support system which learns and predict the most likely answer to the question and help to identify the right market for the business.

The cost should be minimum. Currently, for the pro flow, the pricing is nearly about $15/month. But yes we can easily get a good offer as per our needs and traffic.

Awesome technology and platform, good AI based knowledge base and reactive engine, Integration to various social media channels and messenger tools for automatic bot reply. Also, useful for bot t4esting of various traffics from different channels.

I definitely love the branding welcome messages and it works same as the pro plan. That means you get the full features without a pro plan. But its limited to 1000 people but it is a perfect and best way to know the insights of chatfuel. chatfuel does all the things to lift up the clients.

One dislike for pricing templates. The pricing templates are too high and there are less numbers of templates to use as free.

Definitely to hold a client over auto bot is the perfect realization for me.

Chatfuel is free and it's easy to use without the need to have knowledge in coding and works great to create chatbots for the facebook messenger. Thanks to different templates provided by the platform it's easy to start creating chatbots. There also is a huge community of chatfuel users in the web where you can get help and find useful tips and tricks.

Chatfuel is directly linked to facebook and therefore also limited to create chatbots only for the facebook messenger. If you need a chatbot running on other channels and platforms this tool will not meet your needs.

I used the blocks way to create a bot. Now I switched to flows and I love it ! Easy to understand, easy to manage, no skill in code needed, it's perfect ! And, it works ! I also like the way to manage time to time non recognised answers and act on what to say when a users types that, and those statistic features.

It's very specific but my price plan was not adapted for my usage. After a talk with the chatfuel team they solved it by adapting it and now it's perfect !

I use Chatfuel for a small game I created through the messenger chatbot. Now I can manage my game and the new flows even gives me ideas for some more !

I think the cost is expensive for a startup No AI, AI require integration with other software.

I can't deal with many clients in messengers, chatfuel solve my problem
