BigMarker is one of the most robust, if not the most robust webinar platforms out there. It does it all out of the box and the great thing about the platform and the team behind BigMarker is they are constantly improving the app and adding new features. It is pretty exciting when you see feature request get on the roadmap and then quickly come to life. Then when you get to start using the features and implementing the new features that's when you really recognize the power of BigMarker. Highly recommended.

My business does remote coaching so the ability to draw on video replays while explaining is crucial. Currently BigMarker only supports a whiteboard feature which really does not meet our need. This is a minor limitation considering how robust and agile the app is however it would be ideal for us if this would soon become a feature of the app.

We do many things within our business online so BigMarker really helps us accomplish alot of things. We hold meetings in our virtual HQ on BigMarker so that is great and solves that problem. It really does any type of webinar on the planet so depending on what we are doing we can use BigMarker to run live webinars, automated, simulated, you name it, it really covers all bases when it comes to using video and streaming online. Highly recommended.

There is currently none that I can think of.

Connecting and using BigMarker is a breeze. I don't need to download any software and neither do my colleagues when we host meetings.

It helped me a lot in connecting with my business team around the country and most important points they can share me information easily at the same time

Not much but some times i feel like delays in the connectivity but not very time.

Nothing really. It works both for webinars and online meeting rooms, so it takes a little time to learn the use case for both, but it does work fine.

The best feature of BigMarker is that you can view webinars without downloading any software. You send someone a link, they click it, land on the webinar page, and it just works!

I had an issue with Safari not loading the webinar properly a few months back. Since then I have been using Chrome exclusively so I don't know if the problem was just a temporary glitch, or if it has been resolved.

Personally, I have been using BigMarker more and more to have weekly live meetups and training. Interaction is super easy and it makes getting things done with remote users much easier.

Easy payment portal which allows ticket selling for premium webinars. Customizable conference rooms and private channels for audiences. White label option. Extremely fast live videos with no latency.

Haven't really faced a con yet. There are cheaper webinar options out there but they're not going to be as good as BigMarker. You get what you pay for.

It's obviously great as an external communication channel for an existing funnel, but it's also great for internal communication and information sharing.

Great UI, responsive support team, active development. The webinar series page is very nice and it's really reliable in general, unlike some better known competitors. I feel like they are here to stay and passionate about what they do.

It was a bit buggy to begin with, but they sorted it. This is more important to me than having a perfect product to begin with

The UI is not the most beautiful, other than that everything good in BigMarkerland

Since it offers Webinars and everything around it (landingpage, emailsequence incl followup, registration widgets and so on) setting up a professional webinar takes a fraction of the time it would normally take.

I can do EVERY kind of webinar I could think of with out having to buy multiple webinar platforms. I can do live, recurring, on demand, series of webinars etc. AND I can do individual one on one coaching meetings with my clients.

There is not much that I can think of. It did take a bit to learn it but that is pretty normal.

BigMarker has so many different features. I use the live streaming option for Facebook and Youtube, the meeting room option for client and pitch meetings, and the evergreen for automated ongoing lead generation. However, I can't say enough about the customer support. They offer multiple ways to get in touch (chat, Facebook group, and email). They are extremely responsive and couldn't be more helpful.

I had an issue early on with video lagging, but support helped me troubleshoot. The problem happened to be on my end.

It's made client and pitch meetings extremely easy. I also use it for evergreen webinars for a course. Once I had a live webinar that did well, it was easy to convert to evergreen.

The fact that they would calculate and optimise the webinar or live streaming even with subpar connectivity was one of the things I enjoyed the most, but it's difficult to pick just one thing. Additionally, a webinar may be done independently because it is so simple to use and contains all the functionality you could possibly need.

A very professional tool that has every feature required for giving any professional who needs to make a presence online. It has many types of webinars, whether it is live, automated, evergreen, 24/7. The options allow content to be easily shared and repurposed to engage different audiences.

It can be quite overwhelming and takes time to use because of the number of features and settings that can be set up. For that reason, it can put some people off, especially people who are first starting out online.

Knowledge sharing and communication are important and Bigmarker easily allows content to be shared. It's a valuable and professional tool and tech support is very helpful.
