MailerLite has a great UI that impressed me at first look. All the features in mailerlite are easy to navigate and use. I especially like their automation and email collection pop-up for my website. It also integrates seamlessly with my WordPress websites. Another vital thing is MailerLite has a forever-free plan which makes it one of the best for new and small business owners. They also have essential features like Email campaign management, Response tracker, Campaign report analysis, subscriber management, etc., which are very useful and most used by me.

I do not have any severe bad experience with mailerlite, but I have found the drag and drop editor slow sometimes. And they should work on Image library features so that users can make more personalized designs for their emails or newsletters. Also, I wish it could integrate with my Shopify in the same way as Klaviyo integrates with Shopify.

I love that there is no limit to the number of users of your account. The Free plan has all the features I need, including Automation. Most other providers charge extra for automation.

The interface, although simple, looks a bit old. MailerLite can be slow at times too.

I appreciate that I can scale my needs - starting right with the trial and with the basic version.

I found the dashboard really easy to understand and load onto my website. It literally took me a half-hour to put a pop up on my website and write my 3 emails to kick off collecting email subscribers.

It's hard sometimes to know where to create my newsletter but the live chat was great with sending me to video training.

Sometimes I have had some problems when integrating it with sales platforms, I cannot synchronize it with the messaging services either, these are some of the inconveniences that this platform has presented to me until today.

With this software I have greatly improved my workflow, it has allowed me to manage my clients and the contact database easily and efficiently, it also allows me to quickly assemble emails with a consistent brand and it takes a lot of work out of managing my newsletter, this tool has many more functions than most of my clients would need, it also allows me to see statistics on how my campaigns are going and what the rates are, it is a great time saver.

One of my favorite parts of this software is the analytics tool of MailerLite, allowing me to see statistics of how my campaigns are doing and what are the rates. I think that email marketing is an important part of a business and MailerLite helps me get to my max potential by implementing easy tools onto my campaigns.

I have noticed that this software can be slow at times and functionality is not as good as I wished it was.

I think that MailerLite has been making it easier o send emails in bulk and still get insights that make sense and are not all over the place. I use it all the time to send out my email campaigns and have an idea of what to improve based on what are the click rates, among other statistics. How simple, intuitive, yet powerful and robust its platform is. A big great upside is that the support is really great. They respond in a concise, clear, easy to understand way and they provide not only screenshots but also articles that complement what they are talking about and this really helps, guides by the hand to the user that can easily resolve with all this information almost any issue.

Sometimes simple things like saving an email as a template are not in obvious, visible places. It happens the most when creating forms. It is not easy to figure out how to make, for example, a transparent form or which are the most effective ways to customize mainly forms in order to match the company values.

I have sveral campaigns running, for different countries and I have found that is really simple to organize people in groups and it's also really easy to insert my forms in the landing pages I create. Also, been able to have a glance all at once of how my campaigns, suscribers and forms are performing all from the dashboard is really great. In a blink of an eye from the dashboard you can get the big picture of how your MailerLite account is doing without having to dive in every aspect or feature of this tool.

The best part about Mailerlite (ML) is the ease of use. I've tried many other services (both with similar monthly fees or way more) and ML is the easiest to use and their customer service is great. So, if you are confused they will help you out. They also have great videos to help you, as well.

I work with a lot of authors and if they are new to ML the process to get them approved can be a pain but I totally understand why they have that process in place. In the long run I'd rather be slowed down in my process to onboard a client so that they have the security needed in a service. Oh, the one thing I'd love to see is the ability to send emails in chunks and send in the time zone of the person getting the email.

Since I work with so many clients and nearly all of them use ML I love how I can have access to all those accounts in one easy spot. So for me that solves a time management problem. For my clients ML allows them to connect with their readers/customers in a easy and affordable way.

We have been using it for several months now and I can't think of anything that we dislike.

We save time with our monthly enewsletters by using the built in features of MailerLite. We can copy last month's enewsletter, change the content for the current issue and send it out in a very short amount of time. It also lets us track who opens our emails and give us status of each issue.
